Member companies of the Kosovo Wood Processors Association (SHPDK) will represent the Kosovar wood industry at the SWISSBAU 2026 International Construction Fair in Basel.
According to the announcement, a total of 27 companies from Kosovo will participate in this edition of the fair, held from January 20–23, 2026. Of these, 21 companies are from the wood processing industry and are SHPDK members, while the other companies represent sectors of construction materials made of metal, plastic, and aluminum.
Kosovar companies will showcase a wide range of products and designs, including: doors and windows, kitchens, bedroom furniture, tables and chairs, bathroom furniture, partition doors, shelves, prefabricated houses and buildings, as well as other products for outdoor spaces.
Participating companies include: ALBED, ARDI, BEHARI DOORS, CIABERTO, DARDANIA MODEL, DELFINA, DOÇI, ELNOR, FENETRES, MAXX QERAMIKA, DARDANIA HOME, UKAJ COMPANY, HOTI EXCLUSIVE WOODWORK, PROMOBI, TREVENTI, MOBILE DEKOR, SHEHU, ORENDI, GREENHOUSE, and VATËR 1954.
“Our participation in SWISSBAU 2026 is a strategic opportunity for Kosovar companies to expand their market in Switzerland and the region,” said Arieta Vula-Pozhegu, Executive Director of SHPDK. “This representation demonstrates the competitive strength, quality, and innovation of the wood industry in Kosovo and creates opportunities for new collaborations and international contracts.”
SHPDK’s participation in the fair has been continuous since 2010, positioning Kosovo as a serious and reliable partner in international wood markets. This year’s activity is supported by the KIESA Agency.
