These political parties agree that June 7 should be the election date
The Democratic Party of Kosovo (Democratic Party of Kosovo), the Democratic League of Kosovo (Democratic League of Kosovo), and the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (Alliance for the Future of Kosovo) have expressed preference for early parliamentary elections to be held on June 7, as reported by KosovaPress.
PDK leader Bedri Hamza said that either of the proposed dates, May 31 or June 7, is acceptable for his party.
Asked about cooperation with NISMA leader Fatmir Limaj, he said PDK will run in the elections with its own list.
The June 7 date was also supported by LDK representative Jehona Lushaku and AAK representative Ardian Gjini.
At 16:30, acting President Albulena Haxhiu is expected to announce the official election date at a press conference.
