Ylli won't be playing for the third-place match in the Unique League

Basketball Club Ylli has decided not to play the match against Albanian team Besëlidhja, which was supposed to be for third place in this edition of the Unique League , KosovaPress reports. The Suhareka club stated in an official announcement that this decision was made after a board meeting. According to them, the reason is player overload. "Today, after the meeting of the Golden Eagle Ylli Board, it was decided that our team will not travel to play the third-place match in Unique League. This decision was made due to player overload, considering that we are playing the match on Saturday in the Superliga against Bashkimi and the many injuries throughout this season, especially in the last few weeks," the announcement says. Meanwhile, the final of the Unique League will be held tonight between Prishtina and Vëllaznimi, starting at 8:00 PM in Prishtina.
