The Committee on Legislation held a meeting in which the topic of discussion was the request of the former EULEX judge, Malcolm Simmons, for whom KosovaPress reported on Saturday that he wants to report to the members of this committee. PDK MP Hajdar Beqa asked the chairman of the committee, Adnan Rrustemi, to distribute the request to other members of the commission. Regarding this, the LDK MP, Driton Selmanaj, reacted, saying that the committee should be careful in addressing this issue, as they may go beyond their mandate. The Chairman of the Committee on Legislation, Adnan Rrustemi, told KosovaPress days ago that in the next meetings they will decide on a date when they will hear the testimony of the former EULEX judge.
