Kosovo striker Albion Rrahmani is officially a Venezia player. 

The Italian club has announced that it has secured his services from Sparta Prague on a permanent transfer, with the 25-year-old signing a contract until June 30, 2029.

Rrahmani has built a successful career in European football, playing for several clubs and making his mark with his goals.

He made his first-team debut with Minatori in the 2019/20 season, while in the summer of 2021 he joined Ballkani, where he made 68 appearances in all competitions, scoring 34 goals and providing nine assists. With the Suhareka-based club, he also made his first appearances in European competitions, including UEFA Champions League qualifiers and the Conference League.

In the 2023/24 season, the Kosovo striker moved to Rapid Bucharest in Romania, where he impressed with 18 goals and six assists in all competitions.

A year later, Rrahmani joined Sparta Prague, where he recorded 83 appearances, 26 goals, and six assists. With significant experience on the European stage, he has played in the Champions League and Conference League, also contributing with goals in these competitions.

At international level, Albion Rrahmani has been part of the Kosovo national team since 2023. So far, he has made 25 appearances for the “Dardanians” and scored seven goals.

Following his move to Italy, Rrahmani expressed his satisfaction with the project of his new club.

“Venezia is a club with an important history and a very ambitious project for the future. I have been impressed by the club’s vision and objectives. Representing such a unique and prestigious city, with such passionate fans, is a great motivation for me. I will always give my maximum, and together with my teammates we will fight in every match to achieve the team’s objectives,” Rrahmani said.

With this transfer, the Kosovo striker opens a new chapter in his career, aiming to continue his strong form in Italian football.
