The Basic Court in Ferizaj approved the request of the Basic Prosecution of Ferizaj to impose a measure of one month detention against the defendant A.F. a citizen of Kosovo, due to reasonable suspicion that he has committed the criminal offense of sexual assault.

After holding the hearing and analyzing the case file, the pre-trial judge of the Serious Crimes Department - Mustafë Tahiri, has confirmed that there is a well-founded suspicion that the defendant A.F. - The uncle of the victim's father, on March 7, 2021, in the village of Dubrava-Ferizaj, in their common house, has sexually abused a 13-year-old minor, for sexual purposes.
