The Minister of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure, Liburn Aliu, said that the construction of the "Sun Valley" in the North of Mitrovica is illegal.

At today’s session of the Assembly of Kosovo, he said that the construction in that area does not have a construction permit.
