Today, on the International Theater Day, the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports distributed the annual awards in the theater field.

The national award for lifetime achievement in the field of theater for 2022 was awarded to Muradije Muriqi and Mejreme Berisha, the annual award for the best actress/actor was awarded to Ilira Vinca in the play 'Father and Father', the award for the best direction went to Fatos Berisha with the show 'Pornography'", the award for the best show went to the Multimedia Center with the show 'The Handke Project', while the national award for successful international presentation in the field of theater for 2022 was awarded to the Gjilan City Theatre.

The Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, Hajrulla Çeku expressed state gratitude to the entire theater community of Kosovo, for the great work they have done.
