Domestic violence in several Kosovo cities, multiple arrests made
Kosovo Police have reported several cases of domestic violence in different regions of the country.
According to the Police, in Prishtina, two women are suspected to have been physically attacked by a male suspect following a dispute. The case is being handled in coordination with the prosecutor.
In Gllogoc, a person was arrested on suspicion of attacking family members. Both the victims and the suspect received medical treatment, and the suspect has been placed in custody.
In Pejë, one person was arrested on suspicion of physically assaulting a woman, while in another case, two individuals were arrested following a verbal dispute.
In Gjakovë, a woman was arrested on suspicion of physically attacking another woman. By decision of the prosecutor, the suspect has been placed in custody.
