Many citizens are being fined for not complying with antiCOVID-19 measures. On Sunday alone, Kosovo Police imposed 583 fines on citizens who ignored measures against the coronavirus. AntiCOVID-19 measures were imposed after the number of deaths but also positive cases increased in the last week of August
