Acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti has called on the Kosovo Police to step up safety measures aimed at preventing traffic violations.

At a government meeting, Kurti mentioned recent fatal accidents in the country.

He also called on citizens to exercise caution and respect traffic rules.

“Over the past few days, we have been seeing and hearing bad news about frequent fatal accidents on our roads. Please be careful and respect traffic rules. I call on the Kosovo Police to step up measures aimed at preventing violations that could lead to traffic accidents,” Kurti calls on Kosovo Police to step up road safety measures," Kurti said.
