Kosovo's Ministry of Industry, Trade and Entrepreneurship has published the maximum prices of fuel derivatives for today.

According to the announcement, the maximum price of diesel today is €1.52 per liter, gasoline is €1.39 per liter, while gas is €0.60 per liter.

The price of diesel has increased by 2 cents compared to yesterday, when it was €1.50 per liter, KosovaPress reports. Meanwhile, on June 25, the price of diesel had dropped to €1.36 per liter.

As a result of the conflict that began on February 28 in the Middle East, fuel prices in Kosovo had reached up to €1.91 per liter.

The war began with US and Israeli strikes across Iran on February 28, prompting Iran to attack Israel and US allies in the Persian Gulf, while effectively closing the Strait of Hormuz, a key global route for oil and liquefied natural gas transportation.
