The acting Deputy Prime Minister and chief negotiator in the dialogue with Serbia, Besnik Bislimi, will meet today in Brussels with the European Union's representative for the Kosovo–Serbia dialogue, Peter Sorensen.

This was confirmed for KosovaPress by Klisman Kadiu, advisor to the acting Deputy Prime Minister, Besnik Bislimi.

He did not provide further details regarding the meeting or the possibility of a trilateral meeting with the Serbian counterpart, Petar Petković.

“Deputy Prime Minister Bislimi is meeting with envoy Sorensen today in Brussels,” he briefly told KosovaPress.

This meeting comes after the visit of the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs, Kaja Kallas, to Kosovo and Serbia.

During her stay in both countries, she reiterated the need to restart the dialogue and implement the Brussels Agreement and the Ohrid Annex, reached in 2023.
