Telecom demands the freezing of Z Mobile accounts and the funds to be returned
Telecom of Kosovo today submitted a request to the State Prosecutor to take urgent measures to suspend / freeze funds in the accounts of Dardafon.net (Z Mobile) in the amount of over 30 million euros and return these funds to the account of Telecom until final decision courts.
Also, Telecom of Kosovo has requested that if the mentioned amount does not appear in the account of Dardafon.net LLC, the State Prosecutor to use the mechanisms to track the movement of money from the account of Dardafon.net and to track and freeze the accounts, wherever this amount was transferred.
Based on the calculations so far, he adds that Telecom has paid millions of euros more than the maximum amount that Telecom owes to Dardafon, based on the Arbitration decision No.20990 / MHM.
