Despite the strong competition between the candidates who are in the runoff, the data from the field show that in the vicinity of the Polling Stations, in 98% of cases, there was no placement of posters of political entities or candidates. As reported in the first round of local elections, around ¼ Voting Centers continue to be inaccessible to persons with physical disabilities. So, say Democracy in Action (DiA) through a press release. According to DiA observers, 97% of Polling Stations and polling stations were disinfected before opening.
