Kosovar judoka, Distria Krasniqi, has been qualified for the semifinals of Grand Prix Upper Austria, which is being held in Linz, Austria.

In this stage, she was far superior to her Serbian opponent, Nikolina Nisavic, KosovaPress reports.

Distria started the competition for the medal in Linz Grand Prix in an immaculate manner, winning in the second round after passing the first round without a fight. In the second round, the judoka from Peja was better than the American opponent, Jenna Schurr, defeating her by ippon.

Following this event, Krasniqi will face Hungarian Reka Pupp in the semifinals. Furthermore, the Grand Prix in Linz will feature participants from 6 continents, 52 countries, and 416 competitors, including 247 men and 169 women.
