According to information from the Municipal Counting Centers, as of 10:00 today, Thursday, results have been verified for 1,531 polling stations for the mayoral elections and for political parties in the municipal assembly elections from 1,494 polling stations.
From the same 1,494 polling stations, votes for candidates in the municipal assembly elections have also been counted, as reported by KosovaPress.
So far, out of 5,142 ballot boxes corresponding to the two types of elections, 3,025 have been processed.
As of now (Thursday, 10:00), activities at the Municipal Counting Centers have been completed in 13 municipalities: Hani i Elezit (Monday), Junik, Mamushë, Zveçan (Tuesday), Mitrovica North, Zubin Potok, Deçan, Shtime, Klinë, Shtërpcë, Obiliq, Istog, and Skenderaj (Wednesday).
In general, three important activities take place at the Municipal Counting Centers: verification of results from the mayoral elections; verification of results for political parties from the municipal assembly elections; and counting votes for candidates for municipal assembly members.
