On the 26th anniversary of the founding of the company “AL Trade,” the cornerstone of the new residential complex “Linda 23-27” was laid in the municipality of Fushë Kosovë.
The Human Resources Manager of the company, Artan Ramaj, stated that this project marks an important step for the further development of the area and offers new opportunities for citizens who wish to become part of this community.
“We laid the cornerstone of a new project in Fushë Kosovë, a new opportunity for all those who express interest in becoming residents of this city. Since we are celebrating the 26th anniversary of the company, I want to thank all those loyal people who have supported our company over the years… In this city, besides this building we started today, we also have the Linda complex in Bresje. We have several other buildings nearby as well, but this is a more ideal opportunity for all those who are interested in being residents of our projects, as it is close to schools, kindergartens, and has easy access to the main road, the Fushë Kosovë–Prishtinë highway,” said Ramaj.
He added that “AL Trade” will continue with other projects in the municipality of Fushë Kosovë, as well as in other cities where the company operates.
