Arben Loshi, secretary of the Assembly, announced that the chairman of the constitutive session, Avni Dehari, has decided that the constitutive session will be held at 20:00.
The decision comes following information received about a bomb threat inside the Assembly building.
Loshi announced that the special bomb disposal unit is currently conducting security operations within the premises of the Assembly.
He said that the police had informed the administration to evacuate.
