The acting Minister of Regional Development, Fikrim Damka, stated that he has not received any invitations from the courts in Kosovo.
The Special Prosecution of Kosovo announced on Friday that it has filed an indictment against Damka and the acting secretary of this ministry, B.K. Both individuals are being charged with abuse of official position.
Regarding this, Damka said he could not comment on the matter because he has neither received nor read the indictment.
Before entering to participate in the 42nd session of the constitutive session of the assembly, Damka firmly stated that he has not committed any legal violations or misused, as he said, “not a single cent of the Republic of Kosovo”.
