FC Barcelona have expressed interest in signing 23-year-old striker Fisnik Asllani, currently playing for TSG 1899 Hoffenheim, by officially contacting about a potential transfer in the summer window.
According to the player’s agent, Ayman Dahmani, the interest from the Catalan club is real, and there has been contact with the player’s camp, placing Barcelona ahead in the race compared to other major European clubs, Goal.com reports.
“The interest from Barcelona for the player is valid at this moment, and there has been contact from the Catalan club,” said agent Dahmani.
Meanwhile, the striker is considered a realistic target for Camp Nou this summer, especially if the club is looking for a new attacking profile at a reasonable cost. Other clubs such as Chelsea FC and Tottenham Hotspur are also linked with the player, creating strong competition for his transfer.
Asllani has emerged as one of the promising strikers in the Bundesliga, with notable performances also for the Kosovo national team. His recent displays have increased interest from top clubs, making him a key name in the transfer market.
Barcelona appear to have seriously entered the race to secure Fisnik Asllani’s services this summer, a move that would attract fan interest and intensify transfer rivalries among Europe’s biggest clubs.
Asllani’s price could range around €25–30 million, a significant fee for a player of his young profile.
