The court hearing against Jelena Dukanovic, accused of espionage, will be held at the Basic Court in Pristina starting at 9:00 AM.

The conference titled “Together for Autism: Pathways to Inclusion,” organized by the Heimerer Therapeutic Center, will take place from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

The Committee on Economy, Industry, Entrepreneurship, Trade and Innovation will meet at 9:00 AM in Room N-10, where the Energy Regulatory Office (ERO) Board will report on electricity tariffs, the 2026 balance, electricity trading, and other related issues.

At 9:30 AM, the Committee for Oversight of Public Finances will convene in Room N-302 to approve its work plan for the 2026 spring session.

As part of the official visit of Albania’s Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Andis Salla, to Kosovo, an official reception will take place from 9:30 AM to 9:35 AM at the Ministry lobby on Ukshin Hoti Street, followed by a bilateral meeting from 9:35 AM to 10:00 AM in the minister’s office. A working meeting between delegations will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:20 AM, while a joint press statement is scheduled from 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM in the Ministry lobby.

At 10:00 AM, several parliamentary committees will meet. The Committee on Human Rights, Gender Equality, Labour, Family, War Values and Petitions will discuss an exhibition held in Pristina related to the treatment of war events in Room N-10. The Committee on Foreign Affairs and Diaspora will review its draft work plan for the 2026 spring session in Room N-303. Meanwhile, the Committee on Health will meet in Room N-302 to approve its scope and review its work plan for the spring session.

An extraordinary plenary session of the Assembly of Kosovo will be held at 11:00 AM in the Assembly Hall to review the draft resolution concerning rising fuel prices, the lack of government intervention, and the direct impact on the cost of living and the country’s economic stability.

At the same time, at 11:00 AM, the Basic Court in Ferizaj will announce the verdict for Valon Aliu, accused of aggravated murder.

In the evening, at 7:00 PM, the documentary “The Accusations Do Not Stand” by Asllan Bajrami, which addresses the court case against former KLA leaders in The Hague, will be screened at ABC Cinema in Pristina.
