Today marks six years since the signing of the justice agreement between Pristina and Belgrade. The meeting between the then Prime Minister of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, and that of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, had ended with the signing of a justice agreement. According to mediator Federica Mogherini, this was achieved around 2 am. After the meeting, Mustafa had said that the agreement enables the functioning of the unique justice system in Kosovo. He had said that new topics will not be opened without the removal of parallel institutions in the north with special emphasis on civil protection.
