​Electricity cut off in some polling stations in Gjakova

All polling stations in the Municipality of Gjakova opened at 7:00, although some polling stations in this municipality are facing electricity shortages. The Municipal Election Officer in Gjakova, Armir Rexhaj, announced that part of the polling stations in the Municipality of Gjakova are without electricity, for which he said that they are communicating with the responsible institutions to fix this problem. He announced by phone that all polling stations in this municipality have been opened on time. In the Municipality of Gjakova, 113 thousand 165 citizens have the right to vote to elect the mayor. There are 34 polling centers in this municipality with a total of 139 polling stations.
