The coalition of organizations for monitoring the elections, Democracy in Action in a press conference have announced that this morning a large turnout of voters was noticed in Serb-majority areas, while in other parts of Kosovo the trend is the same as the past elections. According to DiA, so far 21% of polling stations have reported partial implementation of anti-COVID measures. Although the CEC removed from the list a large number of voters with documents that are not of the Republic of Kosovo, DiA reports that there were still cases when citizens tried to vote with invalid documents. It was said at the conference that the violation of the secrecy of the ballot was also manifested in these elections, such as the cases of photographing and publishing the vote. DiA observers reported that in one to four cases in 2 per cent of polling stations in the country there was such a problem.
