A person was arrested in the village of Jablanica, in Peja, because while he was driving he had caused an accident by hitting a pedestrian, the male victim who had suffered serious bodily injuries. The victim was taken to the Peja Regional Hospital, but died as a result of the injuries. The suspect also suffered bodily injuries and received medical treatment. The dead body was sent to IFM for autopsy by order of the prosecutor, while the suspect was sent to detention for 48 hours by the decision of the prosecutor.
