Voter turnout in Ferizaj by 18:00
In Ferizaj, the voter turnout for the local elections by 18:00 was 40,127 citizens, or 32.25 percent, reports KosovaPress.
So far, data from 141 out of a total of 154 polling stations, or 91.56 percent, have been processed.
According to official data from the Central Election Commission (CEC), 124,418 citizens in Ferizaj are eligible to vote.
These results do not include conditional voting, voting by persons with special needs, or voting by mail.
Candidates running for mayor are Enver Haliti from Vetëvendosje, Visar Ademi from LDK, Xhemile Murati-Shabani from AAK, and Agim Aliu from PDK.
Polling centers will close at 19:00, as in all other municipalities of Kosovo.
Today, Kosovo is holding regular elections for mayors and municipal assemblies.
