A large-scale operation by the Gjakova Prosecutor’s Office began Wednesday morning in Malishevë due to suspicions of vote manipulation. The operation is being conducted in cooperation with the Kosovo Police, KosovaPress reports.

The spokesperson for the prosecutor’s office, Drin Domi, stated that the operation was launched over suspicions of falsifying the results of candidates for deputies in the December 28 elections.

It is recalled that a few days ago in Prizren, 109 people were arrested on suspicion of manipulating the results of the December 28 elections, of whom 23 have been placed in pre-trial detention.
