The European Union Commissioner for Neighborhood and Enlargement, Oliver Varhelyi, commented from Tirana on the ideas for changing the borders in the Balkans. In a conference with the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, the Hungarian politician said that they are not worried about "non papers" as they are not true. On the other hand, Prime Minister Rama said that his conviction is that regional Schengen is the way forward.

Although he had no time for questions in Prishtina, Varhelyi answered all the questions asked in Tirana. Among them, was the idea of so-called "non paper" documents that talk about border changes.
