The European Union Commissioner for Neighborhood and Enlargement, Oliver Varhelyi, has said that the agreement on the normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia is urgent. Only in this form, according to him, can the two states advance on their paths towards the EU, while he asked for constructiveness from the both sides.
