Next week is expected to arrive the first contingent of vaccines which have been purchased by the Government of Kosovo. Although the number of vaccines is not disclosed due to the contract between the state and Pfizer, they will enable the mass vaccination plan to continue. The Minister of Health, Arben Vitita stated that this whole plan is going well, while denying that there are vaccinations of persons outside the defined categories. In addition to anti-COVID vaccines, Vitia says that insulins, which are currently in short supply in the country's MFMCs, will soon arrive.

Talking about mass vaccination, the Minister of Health, Arben Vitia, told KosovaPress that their goal remains to realize up to 500 thousand vaccinations within a month.
