The U.S. Ambassador to NATO, Matthew Whitaker, will be staying in Kosovo today and tomorrow.

The Kosovo Police announced that during this visit they will ensure the maintenance of public order and safety, as well as traffic regulation during the movement of the escort and the delegation’s stay in Kosovo.

“In order to enable the free movement of the escort along the planned itinerary and the conduct of activities according to the official agenda of the visit, the Kosovo Police will carry out temporary traffic interruptions (in short time intervals) on certain road segments (where the escort is expected to pass), and there may also be traffic redirection to alternative routes. The Kosovo Police request full understanding from citizens and all traffic participants,” the Police said in a statement on Facebook.
