Undeclared goods discovered in Dheu i Bardhë
The Customs of Kosovo announces that during routine inspections at the Internal Customs Office “Dheu i Bardhë,” a shipment of goods was presented, where during the official examination, customs officers encountered undeclared goods. According to the announcement, the detected goods include used vehicle parts, which were brought in without being declared according to legal customs procedures.
“After verification of the goods, their value amounts to approximately 4,000 euros. The goods have been seized, and proceedings for a customs offense have been initiated against the responsible party, based on Article 244 of the Customs and Excise Code of Kosovo,” the Customs of Kosovo announces.
Furthermore, it is stated that with a focus on protecting the market and public interest, the Customs of Kosovo continues its efforts for effective law enforcement and prevention of customs violations.
