Amir Rrahmani will not be able to help his teammates tonight in the match between Slovakia and Kosovo, but the captain has made sure to motivate them.

The Napoli centre-back is absent due to injury, as is midfielder Leon Avdullahu, reports KosovaPress.

A few hours before the match, Rrahmani reacted on social media by posting a photo of the Kosovo team, writing: “10 years of waiting for a day like this...”

Slovakia and Kosovo face each other tonight in Bratislava, while the winner of this match will advance to the final of the 2026 World Cup play-offs, where they will meet the winner of the Turkey–Romania clash.
