The President of the Trade Union Federation of Private Sector Workers of Kosovo, Jusuf Azemi, has requested clarification from acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti and acting Minister of Finance Hekuran Murati regarding the payment schedule of the €100 financial support.
Through an official letter, Azemi stated that the Federation of Trade Unions of Technical Workers in Kosovo’s private sector is continuously receiving questions from workers asking when the funds will be distributed, and therefore seeks official clarification from the government.
The deadline for applications from private sector workers was June 5.
On May 22, the acting government approved a new inflation relief package, under which it will allocate €100 to pensioners, children, active students, and non-public sector employees.
