Prishtina, Gjilan, Shtime, Podujeva, North Mitrovica, and Zvečan are the municipalities where citizens have turned out the most to vote by 1:00 p.m., according to data from the Central Election Commission.
In the municipality of Prishtina, by this time 10.90 percent have voted, or 23,935 voters out of a total of 219,000 citizens eligible to vote. It is followed by the municipality of Shtime with 10.12 percent, or 2,812 voters out of more than 27,000 eligible voters; Gjilan with 9.37 percent, or 9,831 voters out of a total of 104,807 eligible voters; and Podujeva with 9.30 percent, or 7,845 voters out of a total of 84,000 eligible voters.
Meanwhile, in two other municipalities with a Serb majority, voter turnout is lower: Zubin Potok at 1.15 percent and Leposavić at 2.03 percent.
On the other hand, according to data from the CEC, the municipalities of Istog and Dragash have recorded lower voter turnout by 1:00 p.m., specifically 6.91 percent in Istog and 3.99 percent in Dragash.
