For the second time within the week, the MPs have been invited to the plenary session. Today is expected to be reviewed 33 items of the agenda, among them the review of the Draft Law on ratification of "Amendment no. 1 of the Financial Agreement for IPA 2018", between the Republic of Kosovo and the European Union.

Only 59 MPs were present at the session, and the Speaker of the Assembly, Glauk Konjufca, said there was no quorum to vote on international agreements and demanded that the vote be postponed to another session...
