On the 100th anniversary of the massacre of the population of Isniq, in Deçan, committed by the Serbo-Montenegrin forces, the life and work of all the victims of this massacre were honored.

The Mayor of Deçan, Bashkim Ramosaj said that the victims of this massacre are the foundation of the state of Kosovo.
