Astrit Isufi, the suspect in the killing of two brothers, Driton and Naim Morina, in front of their home in Gollubovc, Malishevë, was taken to the Emergency Clinic at the University Clinical Center of Kosovo (UCCK) after his arrest early this morning, to receive medical treatment for injuries believed to have been caused by gunfire.

According to the Kosovo Police, the suspect in the double murder in Malishevë was found in the village of Pllaqicë, where he was subsequently arrested.

“Today, on 07.11.2025, at around 06:25, in the village of Pllaqicë, the suspect A.I. (born 1983), a Kosovar male, was arrested. After the arrest, the suspect was given medical treatment as he had injuries suspected to have been caused by a firearm. He was then transferred for further medical care. Investigations into the case are ongoing and are being conducted in full coordination with the State Prosecutor,” the Kosovo Police said in a statement.

Yesterday, in the village of Gollubovc, Malishevë, two brothers were killed by their brother-in-law in front of their house. After shooting the two brothers, the suspect fled the scene.
