Haradinaj added that the statue is erected in honor of her work and lifelong commitment to the Motherland.

Forever thankful and grateful to the Heroine, Fetnete Ramosaj!", said Haradinaj on Facebook.During the day, a scientific panel was also held on the life and work of the heroine Fetnete Ramosaj.
Fetnete Ramosaj, since 1989, was an active member of the illegal and popular movement in Kosovo. She was an active participant in the liberation war, as a member of the Kosovo Liberation Army. During the war in Kosovo (1998-1999), among other things, she performed the duties of KLA Spokesperson for the Dukagjini Operative Zone. At the same time, she also reported for "KosovaPress" News Agency, Albanian Radio Television (RTSH), etc. She has collaborated with the international news agencies "Voice of America", "Deutsche Welle", "BBC" and with the Albanian press of the time in Kosovo, Albania and the diaspora.
