The Panel of the Supreme Court in the criminal case against the convict T.S., from Shtime, due to the criminal offense of abuse of position or official authority, has rejected as unfounded the request for defense of the legality of the convict's defense counsel, filed against the judgment of Basic Court in Ferizaj and the judgment of the Court of Appeals. With the judgment of the Basic Court in Ferizaj, the convict T.S. was found guilty of abuse of official position or authority for a criminal offense and sentenced to one year in prison. In a press release it is announced that the Court of Appeals has partially approved the appeal of the convict's defense counsel by changing the first instance verdict regarding the sentencing decision and the convict has been sentenced to imprisonment for a term of eight months. While in the rest the judgment has remained unchanged.
