The head of the World Health Organization also reacted to the way the COVID vaccine was distributed, who said that the world was on the verge of a "catastrophic moral failure" in the distribution of COVID-19 vaccines, asking the countries and manufacturers to distribute the vaccines more fairly throughout the world.
