The Chief State Prosecutor, Aleksandër Lumezi, has requested from the Chief Prosecutor of the Basic Prosecution in Peja, Agim Kurmehaj, as a competent authority, to review the criminal case of prosecutor Lirije Morina and from the findings to take all necessary actions under the law on disciplinary responsibility of judges and prosecutors.
