The project for the new port of Durrës was presented today during a meeting of Prime Minister Rama in his office with Dutch designers of this work. The new project envisages that the Port of Durrës will have an extension to Prishtina with a so-called dry port, which serves as an internal intermodal terminal, in this case directly connected to Durrës.

According to the video published by Rama, the dry port of Prishtina is expected to include space for storage and consolidation of goods, or maintenance for road freight carriers. The new project for the Port of Durres, the work for which the aim is to be the gateway to the Western Balkans, was said that it is being realized thanks to a joint work with Albanian partners.
