The President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, this morning spoke with the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, where she emphasized the urgent need to de-escalate the situation in the north and return to the dialogue facilitated by the EU for the normalization of relations with Serbia.
