The Central Election Commission (CEC) announces that the period for registration of voters with special needs, who will vote through mobile teams on the election day, on February 14^th, is underway.

This period (January 14 - January 18), enables the participation in elections for the citizens with the right to vote, who due to specific circumstances cannot go to their polling centers.
