The path to certifying the results is now clear
The Supreme Court of Kosovo rejected the last two appeals related to the electoral process as unfounded.
As a result, this clears the way for the certification of the results of the February 9th elections.
On Tuesday, the Supreme Court rejected the appeals from the Movement for the Vetevendosje Movement and the Democratic Party of Ashkali.
"The two appeals accepted on March 21, 2025, one appeal from the Vetevendosje Movement, filed against the decision of the CEC, and one appeal from the PDAK-LPB Coalition, filed against the decision of the CEC, have been rejected as unfounded," said the official statement on the court's website. /KosovaPress
