According to workers' representatives, workers in Kosovo continue to have problems with salaries, security in their workplace and lack of respect for their rights. The spread of Covid-19 in Kosovo and the crisis caused by the pandemic has only deepened the problems of workers. Many people lost their jobs during the pandemic, some halved their working hours and others worked from home, creating a new reality, difficult for both workers and businesses.
