The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has stated today that the responsibility is now on Serbia's side as to why they are not signing the agreement agreed in Ohrid on March 18. For this, he emphasized that he expects the international factor to judge and condemn Serbia's behavior also for non-implementation of the annex to the agreement.
