The new proposal for the dialogue, transparency and consensus with the opposition parties is required
After the confirmation
by the institutional leaders of the existence of the Franco-German initiative
for the final phase of the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, greater transparency is
required for this process, as well as consultation with the opposition parties
and civil society to reach a national consensus on the final agreement.
